At Nakhreele, we are committed to ensuring that you love what you purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to assist with an easy return and refund process, subject to the following terms.

Return Eligibility

You have 7 days from the date of receiving your item to initiate a return. Please note that a flat return shipping fee of INR 100 will be applied.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original tags attached.
  • It should be returned in the original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to Start a Return

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon delivery. Should you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Non-returnable Items

Certain items are exempt from being returned, including:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges

The quickest way to get a replacement for an item is to return the original purchase and place a new order once your return has been accepted.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to process and post the refund.
